TVpad user does not exist message due to TVpad server problems
Since a couple of days ago, there are some problems with the TVpad servers. This is causing "the user does not exist" message on your screen even if you have a working Internet connection.
The TVpad management have made a statement today that someone has attacked the servers of the TVpad causing the servers to be down. They are now trying to restore the servers, it could take a couple of days, so please be patient. You don't have to do anything.
