TVpad 2 the user does not exist problem October 2013
Since 3 October 2013, there are some problems with the authentication server of the TVpad (causing the tvpad "user does not exist" message to appear on your screen even if you have a working Internet connection). You can't do nothing about it, they are now trying to fix the authentication server as soon as possible, so please be patient. You don't have to do anything.
If you would like to use the TVpad right now, there is a solution for that. You only have to change the DNS number, see this post for instructions: How to fix tvpad user does not exist message
Update (10-10-2013): The servers should have been restored now. If you still get the user does not exist message, please contact the customer service.
