TVpad user does not exist message December 2013

TVpad user does not exist message December 2013

Recent days, many users around the world are getting the "user does not exist message" on their TV screen, even if their Internet connection is working. It's possible that your TVpad is working again now. If your TVpad (TVpad 2 or TVpad 3) is still not working (still getting the TVpad user does not exist message), change the DNS number to 61.139.54.66 and restart your TVpad.

All my TVpad2 and 3 units are working fine after I have changed the DNS number to 61.139.54.66. It could take a while (maybe hours) before you see the green icon again on your TV screen, so don't shut down your TVpad even if it don't work after a minute.

TVpad user does not exist message

TVpad user does not exist message

I have seen some reports in the recent days that some tvpad users are getting the tvpad user does not exist message on the TV screen even if their Internet connection is working fine. I am not getting the user does not exist message on my tvpad versions (tvpad m121, tvpad2 and tvpad3), so it seems to me that this problem only occurs in certain area's.

You could try to change the DNS number to 8.8.8.8 or 61.139.54.66 in the Internet settings and restart your TVpad after changing the DNS number. It is possible that won't get the tvpad user does not exist message anymore after changing the DNS number.

Update (30 December 2013): recent days, many users have experienced the tvpad user does not exist message. Some hackers have attacked the servers again and that's why the servers are down and you are getting the user does not exist message. Change the DNS number to 61.139.54.66 and restart your TVpad.
